I love to cook and, I'm very good at it. I never had formal training but, I am very well versed in the culinary arts. My specialty? Italian food, taught by the best - my Italian Grandmother.

My Ideal Person:
Someone sane is my first requirement. After that you must have a sincere love of travel both by cruise ship and overland and, like the finer things in life. This is not about Holiday Inns and camping, if this is your idea of vacation, thanks for stopping by, but, we won't work out in the long run.

You should also be an animal lover and that includes dogs, cats and horses.

Kids are ok but, if you never had any that's even better. No, I do not have children.

Ideally, you're located in the NYC area and that includes NJ but, I'm open minded.

First and foremost, you should be sane. Users and abusers need not apply. Been there done that. You should be financially secure (that just means you have a job) - I don't care if you're a teacher or a CEO - I just will not support freeloaders.
