I am the type of person that firmly believes that you should treat people as you expect to be treated. I have strong values and morals an. I am very proud that I take very good care of myself and exercise and eat properly. I have been single for many, many years and have no children so I am able to devote time to myself, but would very much like to meet someone to spend time with and who has the same values as myself and feels good about themselves when they are helping others as I do.
