I was born a Catholic which shocked my parents as they're both Jewish. Handsome, sporty and outgoing are just some of the words my friends would never use to describe me; I'm joking of course, I don't have any friends. ;-))

I've been single for a while now through choice, theirs. I was born on my birthday and like most people my age I'm 48. My Grandmother used to say that there's a lid for every pot but then again she also used to say that the weather hasn't been the same since Neil Armstrong landed on the moon so what would she know? I'm beginning to think I'm a wok. A lot of people say to me, 'How the hell did you get in here?'. I'm a modest man with a lot to be modest about and my motto in life is 'Don't sweat the petty stuff and don't pet the sweaty stuff'.

Seriously though, I'm independent by nature and secure in my life; I have all that I need or could want and to use an Irish saying: 'Contentment is wealth'. I have lots of people to do something with just nobody to do nothing with. I live alone, I'm not materialistic or motivated by money (Consider the birds!) You can't have everything, I mean, where would you put it? My only ambition is to be happy, which I am, I just wish I had someone to share my life and to grow even older with in a faithful union.

I enjoy road trips although I've just bought an electric car so we'll have to see how that goes! Podcasts and Audio Books always shorten any journey. I'm lucky to live close to the Pennines and the Lake District isn't far away either.

I love the theatre and have missed going to concerts too but hopefully we can enjoy them again ans I already have tickets lined up for later this year and James Taylor next year!!
