Just a simple person here. "What you see is what you get," as Flip Wilson said. I don't require expensive things, just thoughtful. My 3 children and their families are the center of my world. One grandchild is adopted and another is a step child. A child doesn't have to be blood related to be loved. My life is busy as I don't believe in allowing moss to form. Arthritis has slowed me down but I'm not throwing in the towel. I work because I like working. My income is modest but sufficient for me. Money is not as important as happiness. My daily companions are cats. They are my 4-legged children. I love all animals, including the wild ones that live around my house. I often put food out for them. Being Scottish, I am very conservative. "Waste not want not" is one of my mottos. Another motto is, "the best part about telling the truth is you don't have to remember what you said." Truth is important to me, even if it's not what I want to hear. I can face life so I like knowing what's happening. I like tall men so I can wear pretty high heel shoes. One of my doctors said to me, "you're still a fine looking woman." He's the age of my boys. My lab reports are those of a woman 10 to 15 years younger than my age. My hair is still naturally blonde. God has been so good to me and I thank Him every day.
