Well I consider myself to be a good natured, passionate, caring and active person with a good (sometimes been told silly) sense of humour, who also enjoys all kinds and types of conversation. I am a very family and friends orientated person and they are an important part of my life and think it is important to cherish moments spent with them.

I enjoy keeping fit and love cycling, walking, hiking and camping in the countryside as well as swimming indoors or outdoors. After a recent trip to Cornwall I rediscovered my love of surfing, however after 10 years away from a board, needing a little more practice is an understatement. Although I consider myself to be active and adventurous, I have a profound passion in gardening whether it is veg, flowers or shrubs, I find it such a relaxing and rewarding interest. My other interests include socialising, going to the cinema, enjoying a drink or two somewhere, whether it is something alcoholic or a cuppa. I love going to stately gardens and homes, museums, art galleries and the theatre.

However although I enjoy planting the odd onion here and there, or pedalling up some steep hill, it is not the ideal situation to find that special someone, which is why I am on here ready jumping into the great ocean of dating sites.
